There isn't as many people on HF CB like there used to be, yes we get a few dickheads from time to time but they give up after a short time.

35LSB is a good place to talk on now days lots of good people to talk to, i get on there and find 95% on 35LSB seem to be ok, easy to get along with.

All in All 35LSB HF CB has a better Class of people than what UHF CB in Sydney has.

I'm going to get a roasting over what i have just said, but its true.

I have seen people starting to come back to 35LSB and enjoying themselves and many have been coming from UHF, and they are enjoying talking DX to diffrent states as well as over seas, i have had a mate of mine now so in love with HF CB over UHF CB, he has fun talking to people local and afar so much when we get togearther or talk on the phone you can hear the excitement in his voice when he talks about who he spoke to when the skip was on last. and it brings a smile to my face to see people enjoying the HF CB band again.

See on UHF CB its power wars on the repeaters, as well as people turn people agents others to make themselves look good people like Cyde and spud and a few others.

10 years ago UHF CB was a great place but now its full of losers and druged out wankers.

so i hope to hear you on 35LSB just oput a call out for bill mays hill or bunter and if im there and i can hear you ill have a chat.
What can i say but just that

Hi all.
I'm new to this site, and haven't used a CB for a lot of years now.I just bought a PS Super Puma 40channel SSB, and am curious to find out who still uses 27meg these days. I gave up on the CB scene when it got to the stage where there were so many d!ckheads with big power hogging the channels, splattering the whole band, and just making such nuisances of themselves that it took all the fun out of it for anyone else.
Keen to find out just what the scene is like these days. I'm in south west Sydney.
What am I letting myself in for? :-\
