CB / DX Log SHeet Download

i made 3 one for ham logging one for CB dx logging and one for the Retro Radio DX club, must the same layout just some working and color changes are the difference.
this one is for the budding Cb DXer, i have it 2 types of downloads, one is PDF so you can print it and add your logs by hand if you wish.
or one in windows Docx file you can fill it in on the pc and print it out as you fill each sheet, and each sheet has 35 contacts you can add to
Best to make a copy of the the DOCX version so you can make a new one fresh each time you need a new sheet.
