Just saw your site and wanted to stop and say hello. Love talking local and dx. DX mainly on 26 and 28 AM. 38 lower on SSB.Favorite Radios are my Browning Mark 3 Golden Eagle for old school tube and I have 3 Uniden Grant XLs. 2 stock and one getting all kinds of mods. Also a Uniden PC122. I will keep the other two bone stock. Also love my President Lincoln and also my galaxy 88 and 95t. I use a General lee moble most the time in the truck with a 2 pill Magna Force amp. For power at home I run a Heathkit SB2oo into a Wizard Built homebrew with a GS-31B Russian Triode. Will do about 600 watt DK on AM with 1500 pep. 550 on a Avg meter. 1800 SSB. Running a ground plane right now but have a  Maco dual polarity 5 element going up in the spring at 60 ft. Talked down your way during the last cycle on 28 AM alot of times. Thats my story and hope to talk to some of you in the future. Hello from the Cornfeilds of Indiana.
